Signature Workshop (Charcuterie + Wood Burning)

During this engaging session, you'll master the art of charcuterie creation, discovering the ins and outs of assembling visually striking platters featuring an array of tantalizing meats, cheeses, and accompaniments. Then, you'll embark on a creative journey as you use a handheld wood-burning tool to etch your personalized design onto a bamboo hardwood board provided for each guest. Don't have a design in mind? No worries! Clipart options will be available for inspiration, or feel free to bring your own custom design, such as a family crest or company logo, printed on paper. Our team will assist you in preparing it for the board.

For those seeking an extra touch of elegance, the option to upgrade to a Walnut hardwood board will be available on-site for an additional fee ($25-$50 upgrade charge).

Due to the nature of the workshop involving the use of a handheld wood-burning tool, all guests will be required to sign a liability waiver.

We utilize a variety of fresh produce, including almonds, crackers, berries, and other seasonal offerings in our class. If you have any specific allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out to us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
